Extended UI Hover Time: Source
1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
2. New > DWORD (32-bit)
3. Rename: ExtendedUIHoverTime
4. Value:
  - 1 instant preview
  - 5000 (= 5s) delay
  - 30000 disable previews
  - 0 default setting
Switch to last active window by clicking: Source
1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
2. New > DWORD (32-bit)
3. Rename: LastActiveClick
4. Value: 1

Log off/on has to be performed otherwise it has no effect.
